if and a big if, this tax gets passed even,the smaller companies will probably benefit,with tax breaks etc. and apparently this new tax will only come into force when the really big companies reach a certain profit which no doubt will be large,that will be when this new tax will apply. there is a lot more to be explained,its not just a simple all around 40% tax. so lets not be panicking just yet.
tax will not greatly affect the small fry.
