I said it from day 1, there was other avenues for mct to reduce nme’s equity in jv, but when you have unskilled untrained management running a company you’ll always swim in the bottom of the ocean
mct payed to get a independent valuation on nme and I didn’t charge mct I gave free valuation that mct’s will be 1c than 0.005c than float like dead fish under 0.005c
