Jase71 - sorry but you are confused with the 75% level.
AT 75% MIN can apply to delist NWE.
The defence to that is 150 shareholders / $500 shares.
At 90% MIN will apply to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares.
The shareholders cannot stop that.
However, there needs to be an independent valuation done.
By then the current drilling will be completed and the 3D.
I believe this valuation would be significantly higher than the current offer.
I also don't believe he will get to 90% anytime soon so I am not concerned with this happening at all.
