It certainly wasn't a good thing to be included in the first place. I'm yet to be convinced that any pre-revenue company ought be included in any index beyond the All Ordinaries. All it does is to force funds to own the share, many of whom will offer them up for shorting to make a return. As all companies need ongoing capital raises to fund development, this makes it harder to obtain the funds in order to become a revenue producer.
