I dare say Borski KC probably was quite particular as to questioning re: Richards, Northwood, et al, if he asked Hart about their whereabouts and especially if there was anything precluding them from attending Court to give evidence? All stock standard stuff for the prosecutor to line up a Jones v Dunkel submission in closing addresses.

It's important to remember also that re-examination is limited and it's only to clear up things that arose in cross-examination. If unambiguous answers were given, the Judge won't allow Collinson KC to have two bites at the same witness. The transcript will speak for itself. Likewise if something was to be adduced in-chief and was omitted, albeit leave can be sought (though it may not be granted) in which case Borski KC has the right to cross-examine on whatever that new material is.

I had IT difficulties yesterday, but I'm sure the Judge will also be keeping a rolling assessment and inventory of the demeanour of witnesses and whether certain concessions that should have been made were not. That may or may not be the case.

Hopefully no technical issues come the start of play on Monday.
