Only guestion regards PV1, why would director buy 60k worth of shares from market? I am sure they would agree with some of it and not agree some parts.
Maybe the director simply expected the share price to go up?
Around January 2021, the share price rocketed from around 2c to over 20c, this seems to on the back of the initial announcement and some paid promotion through NextInvestors rather than any fundamental change to the company's balance sheet or earnings. Sentiment is a powerful thing, and a company doesn't actually need to build anything to generate positive sentiment in the short term.
