The Auditor's Report on the company's 2021 Annual Report flagged Going Concern as a KAM (Key Audit Matter). The Auditors accepted the company's going concern submissions and gave it a tick.

The Auditor's Report to the company's 2022 Annual Report has elevated Going Concern to "Material Uncertainty". With a tick as a going concern.

I would suggest that you don't be flippant about the Auditor's elevation of Going Concern from a KAM to a Material Uncertainty under ASA570. This is shareholders' hard earned money.
