RCMAN, agree, house prices in Sydney and Melbourne due to the climate and immigrants seeking quality of life will hardly ever go down that much, Beijing regime data is unbelievable but S&P data is looking good.
Westpac has the fear of increasing regulation but macroeconomics should be good for it IMHO. look up and don’t look down IMHO.
Australia should be on top of the world.
