Where else in our tax system have we ever been required to pay tax on unrealised capital gain. I think it is unworkable and typical Labor Party. Like Bill Shorten before him, Chambers is a financial dill. They consider the unexpected consequences, and there will be many, only when it is pointed out by the economists etc who will see the pitfalls.
I am expecting it will be a source of amusement much the same as Bill's errors were before his. lol.
