When trees die and decompose they release the trapped carbon back into the atmosphere, so I'm not concerned about low co2 levels at the moment. We don't see many sunny days here, there always seems to be a thick layer of cloud blotting the sun out. We are apparently entering a cooling cycle with cooler summers and winters, which tends to slow plant growth. The chemical spraying is probably contributing to disrupted plant/tree growth too.
