So these two 'Investments', some 15 months on from picking them up, have dropped by a couple of percentage points.
Interestingly, to me anyway, is that Agrimin is down approx 22.5% but Highfield is up approx 12.5% since their acquisition by BCI.
Agrimin's MC is currently $70.64mil
Highfield's MC is currently $230mil.
It will be interesting to see in April, when we finally get the long promised cost review (hopefully), whether ANY consideration is given to selling these 'assets'. Whilst the sale of assets has been mentioned as a potential solution, it will be interesting to see how the funding shortfall is packaged and funded.
Let's just hope holders get a chance to access a SPP and average down from the last (Dec 2021) $0.43c SPP, with some acknowledgement of those holders who participated in that $0.43 SPP.
