I have experience on International disrribution contracts. With the numbers of sales representation Mayne has across USA this in itself has a very significant financial valuation. It is not a one way street. Because a company has exclusive distribution rights for a product does not mean it is necessarily a winner. The owner producer has a lot to gain by their product having a supply stream established. I believe we were not given near enough credit with contract compared to other countries in this regard.
