I would sell at around $6 to $7 on initial takeover TO offer.
If TO succeeds I can buy into the acquirer to keep the exposure (though not if it is BHP/RIO I already own too much of them) or look for other 10c to 20c opportunities.
If the TO attempt fails, I can buy into PLS again at a cheaper price.
Dont confuse TO now with SP in X years from now.
