I definitely believe that Minehane misspoke in his answer to the question Borski has a tendency to hound the witness in so many different ways that a witness under the pressure of the box can rightly get confused. They are not experienced people in this and I think Minehane was obviously confused. More on this issue later when I have time. I think his answer will be not significant at the end of the day.
