Amb005 could it be brokers trying to control or stem the bleeding?
Maybe it’s one broker for example selling to its sister company. Ie they sell 70m at .009c in 1 hit. They sell 50m to a related company that buys the 50m but they also get to sell an extra 20m at .009c that lined up behind the buy.
It also could have been used to support the SP but in this case it failed. No doubt a Top 20 holder or someone that participated in the last raise realising things are not looking good.
At the same time the 50m was used as support a bigger player may have thought that’s a nice amount to sell into.
Not sure we will ever find out but at least this scenario may help us out in the future.
I will try to avoid companies with debt and big losses and wait to they have raised cash because this isn’t the best market and some will find they cannot raise. Often reasonable discounts after a raise so I never participate in CR they are often cheaper in the weeks after the raise, some a lot cheaper.
Now .007c has support and I’m curious if this holds or it drifts lower?
