Plus, if this CR is issuing these FTS shares to Canadian investors it will dilute PLL shareholding in Sayona as they will not be issued any. Ok, this would only be by a little, unless this raise is accompanied by an institutional raise as well, but in that case i guess PLL may be invited to participate.
