They've chosen Triton because nobody else wanted to provide funding for KDY. They're bottom of the barrel and then Triton didn't even want to do it because they saw the balance sheet.
Don't think any shareholders at this point are willing to stake up any substantial $$ as they'll be diluted another 100% in 6 months time.
