imo nobody has walked away, the opposite in my opinion

we had $5.7m cash at the beginning of January 2023, plus RD coming let’s say maybe 600 K, that makes it about $6.3m

this should last until about July 23

so we have about 4 months left to create favorable events that would benefit on the negotiating table

and then there is Otto B, who apparently is number two biggest holder

what I hear he is also in the position to offer short-term finance from his private wealth, if need be, and this is only my own speculation

so if anybody thinks that we are in a rush to engage a crap broker to help us with the money. I think they are very wrong
