FM this is hard work, yes those institutional investors that were offered this as an extreme discount prior to any retail holder knowing took up the offer which is what caused the stock to crash.
Any moron retail holder that decides to participate at $4.05 while its 20% less is a full-blown moron but sounds like there is quite a few that will...
