I'm considering two possibilities. The first I hope is the right one. A possible partner that wants to have a stock holding in the company. One with customer potential that wants a firm position within the company. I believe this is likely because SYA really isn't cash strapped.
The second is that a "fundie" sees a chance to buy cheap and dump early for a small profit. I doubt this is the case. This senario usually is associated with a "speccie" trying to stay afloat.
All will be revealed in the next 24 hours.
