    Exactly, converting now would be stupid. Do it when heads are worth 50c or more, then it will be much more benefical.
    Use the advantage to get them for 50 - 60 % of heads price today, go up with heads and convert them at close to 100 % heads, assumed heads sp will rise strongly in the next 18 months.
