Yeah I'm thinking it's a dog. Reminds me of another small play I had in China that lost control of its sub. Didn't present audited results by April 1 and got suspended (I hadn't learned about that rule at the time) and after another year of us not being able to sell they were kicked off the exchange. (Might explain my angst at this current state of affairs)

I'm still slightly in the black with this one and have a pretty modest stake so if it doesn't gap too hard on the open (if we get one) I might be able to make it out with a small loss. Last year's divy might even keep me in profit
