To clarify slick, and not to be taken out of context, the breakout did occur for the trendline flag and discussed in my previous post. And I call a 'spec buy' for those whom wanted to play it.
Yes the SP is in a channel at the moment, but the indicators are turning with us and I now say it is a 'buy'.

Fundamentally I also call this a buy as I do think there's a few good Ann's coming.
