Yeah this sort of stuff must be terrifying the groups who haven’t postured correctly for the tech shift that has begun (Samsung, SK Hynix et al am looking at you) with Infineon and their aurix tc4 microcontroller which incorporates TSMC’s reram.

The word “scalable” mentioned alot, Infineon have major customers - EV leaders VW for one who are all in on electric, owned by Intel by all accounts means that competitors are getting the jump on them which is very bad for business.
