Was listening to his podcast yesterday and he mentioned this. Looked it up and he indeed did win in the federal court in 2022. Not sure there is anything that would allow Nu e to push this to the full bench or the high court so damages could be awarded soon. These damages could be big like 10s of millions big maybe more! Considering challenges in the modern media environment how worried should share holders be?
