Yes I was amazed at the sheer stupidity and arrogance of our "senior management"!
I may have got this wrong but 99.99% purity is based on you striving for 100% purity knowing that there may be minute amount of impurity. HOWEVER if you are striving for 99.9% purity does it not follow that the minute amounts that you cannot do anything about will bring it to BELOW 99.9% purity????? Kindergarten stuff I woulda thought, but there ya go.
