The company is missing it's production targets and the headgrade is declining. The shareprice is following suit.
The jury is therefore out as to whether the announced production increase can be met.
To my mind if the increased output counters the falloff in grade and the gold price holds then it should still be a profitable company selling at the appropriate P.E.
All these things we will not know for 2 quarters.
