Can someone please let me know their view on what happens / happened with the NWE BOD?

I have no idea who is steering the NWE ship at the moment.

Now that MIN have majority control is there a date when they reshuffle the BOD? I have not heard of any new appointments so can only presume the BOD remains the same.

Does NWE holders get to vote on who is elected onto a new BOD?

I am unsure if the BOD remains as is until the TO is complete / withdrawn.

Lack of information is very confusing and frustrating, and I am concerned this is designed to put off any future investors.

Any information on the BOD structure going forward would be very helpful
