Actually there is no dilution, the shares are being issued at a premium to the current share price (A$0.315 vs A$0.235) and for cash on a traded market.
There would only be a perceived dilution if you value the shares now yourself at a price higher than A$0.315. The dilution would then be the difference between A$0.315 and your perceived value of the shares, over total SOI.
Therefore the perceived dilution would be a rounding error unless your own personal valuation of the shares is substantially higher than A$0.315. It’s not 3%. These CR shares would need to be issued at zero for a 3% dilution.
