They should be doing their job, exactly the same as before.
They are definitely still getting renumerated.
BOD seems to be asleep lately.
From what I have seen, they do not need to rush to change the BOD as they will do MIN biddings anyway.
I expect MIN will change the BOD at some time.

To replace the BOD, NWE needs to call a shareholders meeting.

This would be an extraordinary meeting.
This requires 21 days notice, I think
To appoint a director is an ordinary resolution - so only 50%.
It may be possible for an existing director to appoint an alternate.

The BOD nominates suitable new directors.
