    Victorian gold explorer Ballarat Goldfields is one to keep an eye on next week. Rumours suggest a major investment bank is going to upgrade its valuation of the stock to between 30c and 60c. Ballarat added 1c yesterday to 17c on the back of a turnover of 22.8 million shares. The explorer and development company works primarily in Ballarat region of Victoria.
