We don't know the details of progress with offtake agreements, but one thing I'm sure is that if the Chinese companies can do the anode materials on such a lare scale, then there is no reason why Talga can't as well, especially when the company can also compete on price via vertical integration (with at least the same quality, if not better).
Therefore I think the agreement will be signed eventually, just may take longer than expected.
