Something is up - smells like either dilution from that 20m cap raising previously flagged, or the chinese delegation have cancelled until such time as the libs win office..... Can't blame them. If I were a potential investor I'd be sitting on the side lines too until I knew for certain what my after tax return would be. They've been pondering this thing for four years - what's another 12 months.....
