    Sounds like a roaring endorsement for a buyback

    The option management should pursue is a "selective buy-back". Definition here: https://asic.gov.au/for-business/running-a-company/shares/share-buy-backs/#selective

    This will require shareholder approval but I doubt it will be a problem to get a 75% majority to buy out OP for, say, 29c. Thereafter pretty much no seller left. And thanks to the buyback we'd all enjoy a bigger share in MLX.
