I think many things were "agreed" and violated. Violated by an agenda driven alliance. Same in the Balkans. Same in many places
Was there an agreement made on Cuba? What if Russia (or China) were to manipulate something to embed themselves in there......or possibly even in Mexico, Venezuela or around that region. What if they coerced regime change to the democratically elected governments. What if they stole elections to be able to ensure that?
Should any of that happen then how should America react?
If you can demonstrate honesty then you'll actually be understanding to a small degree just why America is wrong and how they are knowingly responsible AND why they.....specifically America are not allowing peace talks
