Not how I read it. Expect SP to pop coming out of ‘quiet’ period in 5 days. Money needed for US and India plans imo. Malaysia may be a done deal to stay in operation with other Japanese interests possibly at stake in the country like Kaneka. Lynas is on road to future and Malaysia will not look a gift horse in mouth. China wants a hook into the west.
