I would have thought that the company would have mentioned something about this to the market - re latest developments in their ongoing EPA assessment.

Next steps
[5]The DMC considers that the appropriate first step is for TTRL to have the
opportunity to remedy the information deficits identified by the SupremeCourt.
This might include (but is not limited to) filingfresh evidence,as well asupdating
evidence relating to any material already lodged by TTRL including evidence and
reports.Such material should address the applicable legal principles as found by
the Supreme Court and address the information deficits identified in the various
judgments.
[6]Following consideration of the information filed by TTRL, the DMC will issue a
further Minute on next steps in the reconsideration process, including any
requests for further information and the need for a preliminary procedural
hearing which would address (among other matters) an opportunity for
submitters to provide information in response to that lodged by TTRL.

Directions
The DMC therefore directs TTRL, for the purposes of addressing the applicable
legal principles as found by the Supreme Court and information deficits identified
in the Supreme Court judgments, to file with the EPA no later than Friday 19 May
2023 the following material (should it wish to do so):
a)new evidence; and
b)any new reports; and
c)updating evidence relating to any material previously lodged by TTRL; and
d)any other material that TTRL considers would assist the DMC in its
reconsideration of the application.
