The fact the offer is tied to MIN share price which has been going nowhere given Lithium prices have fallen some 50% from their peak has not help CE and don’t we just love it.
As far as takeovers are concerned this has to be one of the biggest fails - he wanted 100%, “tied in a bow” and “a no brainer” - and yet here we are.
Cash is king when it comes to takeovers.
