NWE have 6.9B shares on issue
MIn had 72% of SOI - lets make it 75% at end of offer to make it easy.

That leaves 1.725 BILLION shares that MIN does not have.
That's a lot of liquidity to me.
MIN holding so much may help the price go up after the offer - MAY.

It is very hard for MIN to suppress the share price after the takeover has ended.
To do this they would need to be trading shares which is difficult in their position.
Possibly, they will buy some on market but difficult to see them selling to keep the price down.
