Santos is over a barrel with Barossa. They'd be cautious of getting into a 2nd Australian development without all ducks in a row. Could even call it a 3rd if Narrabi is counted. They're being squeezed from all directions. Hopefully recent backing by the PM of gas as a transition energy helps things along.
