Why are you blaming Labor though? Joshey boy threw JobKeeper at corporate Australia without any accountability and paid people WHO ALREADY OWNED HOUSES taxpayer dollars to renovate their homes. Gee renters were sure happy about that and all the inflation that caused to house prices eh?
I am glad - I hope we see a 10% unemployment rate in Australia. This is a country that is so self-centred around its own non-problems it's about time the general population got a reality check, because right now 22 year olds seem to be entitled into thinking they deserve to become CEOs of major companies and $5m mcmansions without doing the work.
Calling $400k households middle income just proves my point. At $400k a middle income family can chew an average house price mortgage in less than 10 years.
