Q for Soph's

Q -

I qualify as a wholesale investor (or sophisticated investor). Its nothing overly special, many retailers would qualify. Up until now I havent bothered pursuing the benefits, but thats probably a mistake, because I should at least be able to participate in placements if I wanted to.

My understanding is you need to register with a broker, or a variety of brokers if you dont know who will be used in future placements, and they will then reach out to you if they have a placement you may wish to partake in.

This Q is for my whole portfolio, but lets use CAI in this case - would I just register as a soph with all the brokers that have been involved with CAI in the past. Euroz, Blue Ocean, Hartleys.
