    Question...just new to this forum. Did Tanzania Govt put any money into this project...or is it all 16% for agreeing. ( If no input financially, then More like highway robbery if they put nothing into it..... take 16% plus royalties. ) Any details to shoot me down. Happy to go down in flames.
