Oh, another CR? Goodness they come around quickly when the MC is that of an average Fish & Chip shop.
If I were in a position to fund a CR in that situation I'd be happy to strangle to SP down to a point where any SP appreciation is in increments of 30-50%.
I would def play that game, whereby the company is forced to either remain in Fish & Chip shop purgatory, or deliver real results thereby attracting many new buyers. A win-win for me either way!
