NME have some cash on the horizon as MCT still are yet to pay the costs (about $500k??) as ordered by the court from the latest failed proceedings. Plus I would assume NME will apply for a costs order for the previous failed MCT proceedings (the 249 meetings action).
But I agree they will need to find a way to raise a meaningful amount in the future.
