You may or may not know - that any case that goes to the Federal Court always has two sides. Thats why you have a preceding judge and all evidence is thoroughly examined. Credibility of course becomes a screaming factor.

You have thrown around that your material has been reviewed by various people - we don't know who they are - nor do we know their success rate in a court environment.

I note that you have chosen your words carefully. Possibility of a class action lawsuit? That doesn't tell us anything.
