you can have the best product in the world, but you need half decent board and management to ensure success - ems has failed at every turn in bringing products to market, i think everyone, and all businesses (originally successful profitable ventures) they have purchased have also been failures - the simple fact is they cannot manage companies and or products/projects - they never have and you can see history repeating itself again - the chance of success with this current project is a 100 to 1 shot, simple as that.
