I also choose to see this a positive sign for U.S. pipeline indications.
Although I would've liked to see a higher strike price for the options, highly qualified and experienced talent doesn't come cheap (especially in the U.S.). These options will dilute existing shareholders by around 1.5% (I think) but they should still provide Ravi with sufficient incentive to progress the company/share price.
I can only assume that management see their investment in Ravi as beneficial to the future of the company and its shareholders. I'll give them some time to prove their investment in Ravi.
