Ann: Capital Raise Attracts New Cornerstone Investor, page-3

I don't disagree with this being relatively positive but really all raises such as this should be offered to existing shareholders onthe same terms. I participated in the capital raises at 4 cents and 8 cents and am now being significantly diluted down with nothing at all I can do about it. That aspect of the raise and how it was done is very disappointing. It happens all the time across companies and it really isn't fair on existing shareholders. ASX rules shouldn't allow this. What's even more frustrating in the present case is how they selected "key shareholders" to participate? Arbitrary and not how good companies should operate in my view. I'll be letting Stewart know my frustrations via email.
