great deal. I am still laughing as I actually sent Nic an email last Saturday suggesting this along with another tenement as both owners need cash and focus elsewhere.
I came to this conclusion as I was studying the magnetics and what we already know about NMPP.
again.. this is great deal. massive. it's worth the price.
